Changes to Procurement Processes
As we prepare for the upcoming integration, we are pleased to provide you with important information regarding upcoming changes in our procurement processes. While exact dates and timelines are still being finalized, the linked information is provided to keep you informed about the changes taking place.
One significant change that will affect many on campus is the adoption of the Commonwealth’s e-procurement system, eVA. This system will be utilized for FY25 purchase orders and formal solicitations (over $100,000). Training sessions will be conducted by the Procurement Services team to help familiarize everyone with the new system and ensure a smooth transition.
This communication includes a document outlining updates on PCards, contract utilization, travel reimbursements and guidance on specific categories of purchases. This information can be found on myPortal.
